Are kids welcome?
To allow all guests to relax and celebrate, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults only occasion. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you can join us!
Where should I stay?
We have secured courtesy room blocks at several hotels throughout the city for our guests, all conveniently located near the ceremony and reception venues. Booking links for these hotels are provided below. For guests who prefer to arrange their own accommodations, additional nearby hotel options are also listed.
Where do I park?
The Roosevelt is offering our guests a discounted event valet rate. If you are just joining us for the wedding day, valet parking is available at the Event Rate of $26 plus tax.
If you are staying overnight at the Roosevelt or nearby and prefer to leave your car at the hotel, Overnight Valet Parking is $56 per car, per night plus tax. If you are near the venue, you will not need to move your car all weekend.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will not be necessary. The ceremony is directly across the street from the Roosevelt, where the reception will be held. Everything is easily walkable!

Can I take pictures?
Out of respect for the church and the sanctity of the Sacrament of Marriage, we ask that guests do not use phones or cameras during the ceremony. Don’t worry, our photographer will capture all the important moments.
During the reception, photos and videos are absolutely welcome. Please feel free to take pictures and share the celebration.
What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?
Final guest counts must be provided to our venue and vendors well in advance. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate you. Please be sure to respond on time so we can celebrate together!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. If you are driving into the city that day, please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes early to allow time for valet parking at The Roosevelt, storing your luggage and bags, and walking across the street. We recommend being seated in the church by 1:40 PM.
